The National Commission for the Promotion of Equality [NCPE] is offering training sessions on diversity to human resources managers at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in November 2007.

Such sessions form part of the Mosaic – One in Diversity project, which is co-funded by the 2007 – European Year of Equal Opportunities for All.

Training focuses on the six recognized grounds of discrimination, namely race or ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, religion or belief, and persons with disability, along with the positive role of equality.

Two half-day morning sessions will be held on 15th and 22nd November where attendance for both days completes the training. The sessions will be split into workshops to cover all six grounds of discrimination in the two days.

Those who are interested in attending are requested to complete an application form, which can be downloaded from http://www.equality.gov.mt/ and sent to NCPE by e-mail or fax on 25903851.

The training sessions are being offered free of charge and availability of seats is limited, click here to download the program.

For further information, kindly contact NCPE on 25903850 or by e-mail.
